One more question :)

  • OKay, i had a quick question...
Im generally a late-night eater. and i havent noticed me, eating a No carb snack, late at night, effects Ketosis or weight loss.. but i know a lot of people belive that eating after 8pm or so will inhibit their weight loss, so i was wondering... does it matter for us low carber's? -- so far ive been able to still lose weight and still have that snack at 11pm. but would i lose MORE? i suppose i could try it, but thought id ask for a few opinions or experiences.
sometimes..(pretty rarely) like last night. it will make me want carbs.. and i ended up with the Apple Pie incedent of 09. All which sparked the question, so... Id like to hear from you all!
    thanks!

  • I've been doing low carb for almost three weeks now and I work second shift, most of the time I don't get out of work until 11PM-12AM, and I usually make my dinner around then. I've been steadily losing while doing this! From my experience, I really don't think it matters.
  • I agree. I work second shift as well, and go to the gym directly afterwards. Believe me, I'm hungry while at work but want to work out on an empty stomach. When I get home, I snack on cheese, sunflower seeds, whatever is the lowest carb I can get my hands on.

I think that 7pm/8pm rule is for those who work 1st shift as we tend to go to bed a lot later than they do (obviously).
  • thanks ladies. appreciate the feedback!
