so sick and blew induction
 

I started getting a sore throat last Tuesday. Waited it out thinking it would go away. No such luck. I ended up at Urgent Care yesterday morning and have a sinus infection and bronchitis. I'm coughing like an 80 year old smoker and my chest hurts so bad! So, needless to say, despite my best intentions, I haven't stayed true to Atkins this week. I find it really hard to do when I'm sick. So I'm going to give the antibiotics another day to kick in and then I'm going to hit it hard again.

Does anyone else fall off the wagon so to speak when you get sick?
