LOL!! I hate to cook and when I do I uually don't want to eat what I've made, but 'Thanksgiving" dinner is the one exception, I love to make it and I love to eat it! So I will allow myself a small portion of the carb foods and load up on turkey and veggies and try to get in an extra workout or two.
