I absolutely love chicken salad and I was wondering if it is ok to add the sugar free (think they are sweetened with splenda) pickles to the salad during induction. I picked up the book The new diet revolution and have only gotten into it about 25 pages. Im finding it very interesting and think that a low carb diet is going to work for me. I love all the foods (except fish)listed. Also is there a "low carb" version of the weight watchers "all you care to eat soup"? Or does anyone know if it is already low carb? Thanks in advance.
