Sugar free "sweet" pickles and low carb soup?
I absolutely love chicken salad and I was wondering if it is ok to add the sugar free (think they are sweetened with splenda) pickles to the salad during induction. I picked up the book The new diet revolution and have only gotten into it about 25 pages. Im finding it very interesting and think that a low carb diet is going to work for me. I love all the foods (except fish)listed. Also is there a "low carb" version of the weight watchers "all you care to eat soup"? Or does anyone know if it is already low carb? Thanks in advance.

The Splenda-sweetened pickles are fine for Atkins Induction, since they are basically only pickled cucumbers. Just make sure to count the appropriate carbs:)
I'm not familiar with WW "all you care to eat soup" but, if you let me know whats in it, I'll help you figure out whether or not its low carb. |
WW garden veg soup
Found this in the WW area of 3FC's. Maybe for low carb just not for induction?

That would not be suitable for Induction.
