I've read the book. But I'm confused about allowed daily carbs?
I got the book but I'm confused. So, in induction, you can only have 20 grams of carbs (and only the ones on the allowed list). So, we can have 3 cups of salad veggies, or 2 cups of the salad veggies and 1 cup of the other allowed veggies.
So.. we do count the vegetables in the carb grams, right, or are those extra? |
:welcome2:
Atkins Induction is 20 net carbs (total carbs minus fiber) per day from foods only listed on the acceptable foods list. 12-15 of those 20 carbs should be coming from veggies & salad. Thank you! :)
