Just thought I'd say hello to everyone...I'm starting atkins today as I'm off on my hols in 6 weeks and rather than losing weight i've put it on
I'm a huge fan of the atkins but I seem to go off track and then stay off track which is no good but I'm determined for at least the next 6 weeks I'll be following the atkins principle.
I lost 6lbs on South Beach a few weeks ago and put it all back on so I've got my atkins book back out.
SO today's menu:
B: egg muffins (with ham and cheese)
L: variety of veggies cut up (it's not much but it'll be on the go so i'll snack on them)
D: fish with steamed broccoli, cauliflower etc
and LOTS of water!!!
