I am going to start Atkins today! I have already walked my morning mile and my chicken is cooking. I am eating cucumbers while I wait for my chicken. I do have a question though, I am starting with phase one. I have a couple of questions.
Well, I am a very picky eater and there aren't a lot of vegetables I like in phase one. It says you can have 3 cups of the following. Well, could I eat 6 cups of one vegetable to meet the net carb requirement instead? Other wise, I will be under the net carbs every day. How long does it take to reach ketosis?
