Default Just started yeserday!!

Hi everyone!
My Hubby and I just started the "Atkins lifestyle" yesterday, I am totally tripping out. I feel like I am not doing this right. It seems like this is way to easy, the food is wonderful!! I know that I am sticking to all the right foods, but it sure doesn't seem like we will lose any weight. I hope that it just comes off
Also I want to say THANK YOU!! I have received so much info from everyone by just reading through this forum!!!! you all rock!!!

Welcome. This is day 11 of Induction for me. I didn't weigh at all until day 7- weighed at my doctor's office. Down 6 pounds. Made me really happy and relieved because, like you, I had been eating lots of yummy things, and I was afraid I wouldn't lose weight. I was terrified I'd gain.

You're lucky to have the companionship of your hubs. Congratulations to both of you on making good decisions. You're going to find that the people on this site are so supportive and really listen, so visit often! Have a great weekend...get out that grill.

Great job! I started Monday and am down 4 lbs since then. Like you I was afraid to weigh in case I didn't lose & got discouraged which has thwarted my weight loss efforts MANY TIMES! We can do this!

I started the atkins lifestyle yesterday (8/1/2008) too! I'm still researching a bit about it but its something I know I can be successful with. I'm surprised I haven't tried this before! haha! =D
