It's funny that you ask! I just ran into an old friend and she just couldn't get over my appearance. She, herself, is quite overweight and she just kept saying how I looked so good, but it was the way she said it. The tone was:
you are a ***** and you've shocked me with your success. She kept asking me how I did it, but was very disappointed that I said I counted my calories and exercised a lot.
Anyway, I hope she didn't jinx me!
First goal: under 180: 3/4/15
Second goal: 175 or below: 3/24/15
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
