Paula!

You've come to great place for advice, support & encouragement. Welcome to Atkins!!! Its an amazing way of life!

Since you're diabetic, you might want to get a copy of Dr. Atkins Diabetic Revolution (Ebay, Amazon, Barnes & Noble all carry "used" copies that are very reasonably priced) and read it if you already haven't. I know everyone is different but, I have known people with Type 2 diabetes that have gotten off all medication, as well as insulin by controlling their blood sugar doing Atkins & exercising.

Please feel free to post here often & ask lots of questions!

Its great to have you here! You CAN do this!!!

All the best to you!!
