Have been searching the net for a support community and you 'guys' are just what I am looking for!
I am a second time around Atkins' person. I fell off the wagon about a year ago after starting a new high stress-level job (ahh the comforts of carbs...).
Which resulted in (of course) low energy and high weight gain.
So here we go again with the goal to find balance in my Atkins life!
All suggestions welcome!
