Hello again everyone! I thought I would ask what everyone's favorite snack or meal is? My daughter and I LOVE parmesan chicken bites & jicama fries! Parm chicken is easy, just cut up a chic. breast, dip in some egg (or egg sub.) and then lightly coat with parm cheese. Then I fry it in OO till it's golden, so good and crispy! For the jicama, slice like fries and deep fry in OO or other oil till golden brown. Yum! LOL! Look forward to seeing what you all like for favs!
