favorite foods?
Hello again everyone! I thought I would ask what everyone's favorite snack or meal is? My daughter and I LOVE parmesan chicken bites & jicama fries! Parm chicken is easy, just cut up a chic. breast, dip in some egg (or egg sub.) and then lightly coat with parm cheese. Then I fry it in OO till it's golden, so good and crispy! For the jicama, slice like fries and deep fry in OO or other oil till golden brown. ;) Yum! LOL! Look forward to seeing what you all like for favs! :)
