LA Weight Loss - help!

Can someone explain how to look at the before & after pics that different people have posted? I keep reading about them and think they'd be great inspiration, butI can't figure out where to view them. I'm a little slow in the computer department. :D

Sara - of the ones that I can remember that have posted b and a pics,,,,

Find a post by MTDebster (the Losers and Friends thread is one you can find her in) and at the bottom of her post she has a part that says my weight loss journey and you see one picture. Click on the pic and there are a couple of pics.

Evette posted a picture in just one of her posts recently, on Losers and Friends thread, a few pages back from the end.

And KrispieD has a spot at the bottom of her posts for her before and after pics.

Now that i'm looking at them, I realized I go from bigger to thinner from left to right, but my expression also goes from jolly to angry too.. LOL...

I was just trying to keep my face as expressionless as possible so I could tell if I really was losing.. We never see it in ourselves...
