Broccoli-Cheese Delight -4 servings
2 -10 oz. packages frozen broccoli spears
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
4 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
1 cup egg beaters
2 teaspoons minced onion flakes
1 envelope instant chicken flavored broth mix
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Dash garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Arrange broccoli in a 8-inch square baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
In a blender container, combine remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture evenly over broccoli.
Bake 30 minutes, until set and lightly browned.
