a link where I might be able to find the calorie and carb count of juiced foods?

I really didnt know where to post and ask this question...hopefully you ladies will be able to help me.

The only ones I have found are for specific recipes, which doesn't help me because I modify them frequently. I guestimate using Fitday, though. Hope that helps.
