Exclamation i've started again

hi again, i've started again and this time i mean business. i've started the gym too with my best friends Michelle and this time i'm going to loose it. last time i was on here was Feb 06.

i must keep at it...need more will power.

doing weightwatchers and its slowly coming off.

think i might get Chelle to join 3fc too.

do you find this forum helps???????????????

Welcome back. I'm doing ww too, joined in September.

There are detailed instructions here for the weight tracker if you have any problems, it is easy to do anyway.

Hello and welcome!

I think you will find it helpful posting on here. Sometimes we want info, sometimes a hug and sometimes we need others to point out where we are going wrong and sometimes it is nice to get some congrats when we are actually doing well!
