Hi Everybody!
I've been bad, REAL bad, for the past 2 days.
Bingey escaped from his cage and I didn't even try to recapture him!
The terrible thing is that I didn't even enjoy the foods I consumed, unlike when I was on vacation and had "planned cheats". I was in automatic food disposal mode.
I'm not sure if this bingeing is related to my change of diet (from strict low carb) or due to anxiety over my pregnancy.
It's probably a combination of BOTH.
I've done well today and plan to FORCE bingey back into his cage! NO MORE eating on autopilot!!!!
