Fitness Videos - Samurai Workout?

Cool relaxing tunes and a beach environment, but I wonder if anyone here has experience with martial arts fitness? Seems like it might be difficult to get a hang of. Anyway, just wondering if anyone is familiar with this or similar videos.

That looks like it would be hard to do in a small space (or in a space with things sitting around).

It also looks like it would be better in 'group' fitness, rather than at home.(imo)
