Default Everyone Weigh in 12-01-06
It's time once again for the 3FC general weigh in thread. All are invited to join, just jump in whenever your offcial weigh in day rolls around. Good luck all!

Me: No weigh in, so I'm claiming the same weight as last week. I was in the part of Missouri that got hit pretty hard with freezing rain. I couldn't go to work, I could barely walk across my yard to check my mail. But at least it was pretty, seeing all the ice encased trees in my yard. We didn't lose power much (unlike 2/3s of the other folks in my town), but we did lose internet. All in all, we came out lucky. Hope you all out there pulled through ok too!

I lost 3 lbs. this week. It was realy 2 lbs. the other one was from the 1 lb. Thanksgiving lb..

179 again, so nothing lost - I'm just starting my first round of graduate school finals, so I had a few days of high-cal stress eating . So far, it hasn't caused any scale damage though, lucky

I'm at 206.2....2 lb more than yesterday! But I'm hoping it is because I've tried to get better about my water intake, so I've had a LOT over the last two days.

200.8 as of weigh in yesterday....down 4 pounds this week! I'm sure part of it was TOM that was included in last week's weigh in, but hey, I'll take it!

224 This Week Down 4 Pounds From Start; Not Much But At Least It's 4 Pounds Lost Instead Of 4 Pounds Gained. Thanksgiving Really Slowed Me Up But I Got Right Back On Track.

164. Jumped back up. Dunno what's happening. I've been exercising and eating right (maybe just a tad bit over) and my weight's been fluctuating like crazy. SIGH.
