2 - 1 mile WATP (overdid it yesterday. Back is out of whack and sore)

I'm back to exercising again. Thank goodness. My eating usually falls into place better when I exercise. Sorry for the time I didn't exercise. My new med's were making me unusually tired and dizzy. Plus a healthy dose of laziness and stress.
