Question Pork chop?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering does anyone know the points value of a pork chop. I plan to bake it with minced garlic, salt and pepper. Thank you so much

Depends on the cut. Sirlion or center cut will be less fatty than say a shoulder chop.

try the database here for nutritional information or Calorie King or www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl
