Smile seeking veggie dip!

I'm looking for a healthy veggie dip. Does anyone have a favourite brand or a recipe? I'd really appreciate it

Try something I do that is so incredibly easy but good.

1 container IMO (16 oz size) (an immitation sour cream) (you can use fat free or low fat sour cream as well)
1 packet onion soup mix.

That's it. If it seems a bit overwhelming with onion flavor, mix in a little mayo.

I like either hummus or salsa for a veggie dip. Both are relatively low in calories, salsa especially!

Trader Joes Lowfat Parmesan Ranch...mmm. Its a little thinner than a typical dip/dressing, so you don't use as much...and its so tasty!

Default One I like

16 oz of lowfat small curd cottage cheese put in food processor and mixed with 1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix.

You can substitute any dry salad dressing mix, but I prefer the ranch

mandalinn, do you know if trader joe's is available in Canada? I'll have to keep my eyes peeled the next time I'm at the grocery store. Thanks!
