As a Starbucks lover I found a way to have a yummy frozen drink

1 cup cold Decaf Coffee (or regular)
1 Chocolate Shake Lite
1/2 cup milk
3 ice cubes

Whip them up in a blender and be prepared for a Yummy treat

LA Exchange: 1 Lite 1/2 Dairy:D

Sounds good to me, since I usual drink carmel Frap at starbucks but being on LAWL has put a stop to that. Thanks for the idea!
