Turkey Day is right around the corner!!!

Beware of the sweeties this weekend ladies!

This week we lost 2 people so we are now down to 12 Ladies checking in!

This past week was kind of hard on some of us, but we still lost 9.2 pounds!!
In total the 12 of us have lost an amazing 133.6 pounds! That's an huge 5.10% loss from where we started just nine weeks ago!!

Our Biggest Losers This Week Are:

#3 tnhydermom with a 2.4 pound loss this week for a total loss of 7.33% so far.

#2 CarebearsChris with a 3 pound loss this week for a total loss of 7.67% so far.

#1 graciezoe with a 3.4 pound loss this week for a total loss of 11.37% so far. This is gracie's 3rd time being the highest loser of the week!!!

Our Biggest Losers Over All Are:

#3 CarebearsChris with a total weight loss percentage of 7.67%

#2 my ivy with a total weight loss percentage of 8.04%

#1 graciezoe with a total weight loss percentage of 11.37%

We are still doing very well and are coming into the home stretch! The holidays are right around the corner, and I'm completely aware of how hard it's going to be the next few weeks being stressful. Just do your best ladies.... that's all anyone could ask for. Don't forget your week 10 weigh in needs to be submitted November 27th by 10 pm so I can get the chart up by Tuesday!

Well, girls, the results are in:

with 8 people reporting (yes, we lost quite a few people) the Red Team lost 3.4 pounds this week (there were losses, but there were gains too )

Week 9's Biggest Losers were:

(tied for 1st)

72 butterfly and hrbabe, both with a 3-pound loss

jelynn who lost 2 pounds

Let's give them a round of applause

Overall, the Red Team has lost a total of 72.4 pounds, which is a total of 4.06% of our starting weight!! You guys have all been doing great.

Our biggest losers overall are:

1) Jelynn who has lost 21.4 pounds or 9.3% of her starting weight.
2) kedkaidmom who has lost 19 pounds or 8.74% of her starting weight.
3) hrbabe who has lost 16.6 pounds or 6.92% of her starting weight.

Wow, gals, you are doing awesome. WTG!!!

Well, ladies, we have been doing great, but I think it's time to kick it up a notch, dontcha think? We need to hang in there, stick it out, and try our best. Some of us have Thanksgiving coming up, so we have got to be good. We can do it ladies!!!!
