Well, I'm eating breakfast at home and just having coffee with ds at his 5th grade VIP day at school. I think I should be able to resist cafeteria french toast sticks with no problem, lol.

B-oatmeal, flax, raisins, honey
L-french onion soup, green salad, veggie and herb omelet, berries
S-almond butter, apple
D-salmon, spinach salad, sweet potato
S-dark chocolate, orange
tea through day

Ack! Today will be whole foods, but I'm not sure about the calorie level. There should be a law about 2 food events in one day! Plus we're leaving at 2 am (yes a. m.!) to spend a week with our families in New England. Tomorrow's food will be interesting. I'm taking hard boiled eggs and apples to eat in the Seattle airport - along with some of course. Once we're there, I should be able to eat more in my regular routine. These 12-14 hour flights are a killer.

So, today:
B: ww toast w/pb, hard boiled egg,
S: applesauce
L: a "girls" lunch for someone's b'day. New place, so I'm unclear of the menu.
S: ?
D: our square dance club is having a Thanksgiving potluck. I'm planning to eat the turkey, plus some of the spinach salad I'm bringing, and hopefully there will be some other "unadorned" veggies. No pie!
