Default ? for those doing the boot camp elite

Evening,

I have a question for those doing the Tae Bo Bootcamp Elite.
I was wondering how long you have been doing it & has it helped your weight loss or has it slowed down your weight loss because it is building more muscle?
I ordered it on the 1st and should be getting it soon. I was really excited about it at first because I read on the site how it helped his test subject lose lots of inches and lots of weight but have been worried today thinking that it might slow down my weight loss, because it would be building more muscle.

Also is this hard on your knees?

I alternate between videos but I do have Tae Bo bootcamp elite and I love it! It is challenging but I did not find it hard on the knees at all. As far as the weight thing with the building muscles. Any amount of muscle you build will help the weight loss because your body will burn more calories. I say go for it. I couldn't keep up when I first started but I would just do the best I could, but I can keep up now.

Lean muscle:

1. Doesn't jiggle when you walk.
2. Burns more calories at rest than fat does.
3. Takes up less space than fat, so you could weigh the same amount but be a lot smaller.
4. Supports your bones to prevent age related bone issues.

Regardless of what the scale says, building muscle is good for your health. Do it!
