Talking Finally Got 70 Pounds Gone!!

The last couple months my weight loss has been sooooooooooooo slow... so this morning I was super happy to jump onto the scale and see that I had done it... I have lost 70 pounds!!! Still a ways to go but I am definitely on the downhill side!!!

Hi everyone... thanks for all the encouraging words!

Tammy you are so right... wow, this plateau was horrible. But I have realized that through it I have become so much stronger and can do more even though the scale was not going down.

LOL Louise, it seems from this end that the ticker was not moving very fast at all... but at least it DID go down!

Candlemaker, you WILL get here! I was thinking last night that it really does not seem all that long since I came on here and saw so many people who had lost a lot and I was just starting out... and still I see the people who are at their goal and wish I was there. Posting here does help a LOT and joining in the challenges and stuff.

I appreciate everyone for the support! Hope you are all able to stay OP today and the Fairy Fat Mother is kind to you!

Thanks Boarderchick! And at least I sure HOPE it is over! At least it took a break. And I got my new Gazelle yesterday so have something else to fight it with.
