.... I broke my plateau!!!!

I have been stuck at 262 forever (ok just a couple months, but it felt like forever). Anyway, last week I went down to 260 but didn't want to trust it. But now I am down to 257!!!! WOOOHOOOO!bbbb

Fed-up - thanks for the reminder - avator changed!

To break it I just kept plugging along & telling myself that doing the right things will eventually bring results. But I also took a short break (just a couple of days) from everything & that's when I saw the change. So, now I am trying to re-evaluate my eating - perhaps I am not getting enough calories (it seems so counterintuitive to eat more - lol)
