PCOS/Insulin Resistance Support - Book Recomendations

Hi All:

My library has absolutely zilch when it comes to PCOS and very limited choices for insulin resistance. I want to request some books but what I have found is that usually they end up buying what I request. I don't know if they would do that in this case but I want to make it count in case they do.

there are a few books that focus strictly on PCOS and also on insulin resistance. I have heard that the PCOS diet is more focused on people who live in the UK but I don't know if that is accurate. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear the good and the bad about the book. Thanks!!!

Good book, recommended by my nutritionist who put me on the only diet that worked.
