Weight Watchers - Today is the day!

Well, I'm getting ready to leave in a little bit to go to the WW Center to sign up. I'm really excited, but kind of nervous at the same time. I was on ww a couple of years ago, but I didn't work the program.

My son is away in the Marine Corps and he is very proud of me for joining today. He comes home next month for a couple of weeks before leaving for Iraq for a year. I can't wait to see him! He said he probably won't recognize me when he comes back. :) I hope he doesn't! :D

So here it is, my day of commitment to myself: to losing this unsightly weight, to getting healthy, to increasing my quality of life - and I'm going to do it for me.

Woot! Woot! Here we go!

I think everybody needs a day where they can honestly tell themselves "This is the day"

Its all in the mind, snapping the body out of habits that bad and learning news one that keep us healthy.
