Does anyone know of a website that tells me about how much fat, carbs, protein, etc that I need a day? Thanks!
EDIT: I found this site: http://www.mealformation.com/mfprofil.html

HECK YES!
You can thank Jasmin31 for this. She steered me in the direction of the following sites.
Women's Nutrition Guide (http://nutrition.about.com/library/bl_nutrition_need_results.htm?start=1£s_100=200£s_10=70£s=9&dpounds_100=100&dpounds_10=40&dpounds=0&years=NaN&inches=64&years=23&page=4)
The World's Healthiest Foods (http://www.whfoods.com/foodstoc.php)
FitDay (http://fitday.com/)
The last one is great for entering what you've eaten, and calculating how much of what you've taken in (Calories, Carbs, Protein, and Fat).
I use these websites, but please remember that I am not a physician, that I am just a gal trying to get healthy. Use the sites with caution and common sense, and if there is anything you question, speak to your doc!
Enjoy :)
