Default New here :-)
Hi Everyone,

I've been lurking here for a few days and I'm excited to join this great group. I started LAWL on 10/22 and so far I'm down 8 pounds. I'm so excited! They originally had me on the purple plan, but just switched me to the red because I'm doing quite a bit of exercise.

Anway, I'm Michelle. I live in Portland, Oregon. I've been overweight my whole life...you name it, I've tried it. I have about 90 pounds to lose. I look forward to getting to know you all!

Welcome!!! We started at about the same time......I started on October 19th. I am on the purple plan. These awesome women keep me motivated daily!!! You will love it!!! Congrats on your loss so far!!!

Oh my goodness......maybe you are my long lost twin....I also am a stay at home mom, and I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old, both boys. I also have 3 girls.........and they are all in school full time. They are 16, 11, and 8.

I will join in here too as I also joined on Oct 21. I have lost 8 lbs so far and counting. You will enjoy it here and get lots of support and informations. Everyone here is great!!!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes.

Holly-We belong to a gym, so three times a week I do 45 minutes of cardio (alternating between the stairmaster, treadmill, elliptical, and bicycle) and 20-30 minutes of weight training. I walk on my treadmill or outdoors two days a week for an hour and take two days off per week.

Welcome Michelle! Looks as if you are off to a GREAT start!

I joined the group in August but did not join LAWL until October. I am one of those who has to research everything before I jump in!!! With that being said, I am really glad I joined and am now starting my journey to a thinner me.
