B: 1 Kashi GoLean waffle w/pb and 1/2 sliced apple
Snack: 2 Soyboy sausage links (a very tasty vegetarian sausage)
L: Leftover grilled polenta and Trader Joe's veg. chili, some kind of vegetable
S: either fruit or microwave popcorn
D: Whole wheat pasta w/aglio olio sauce and extra diced tomatoes

Hope I actually stick to this!
