20-Somethings - Hipbones NSV!

I started a new strength-training routine today, and it includes doing the "superman", where you lie on your stomach and raise your left arm/right leg and then the opposite... and it was painful 'cause my hipbones were actually digging into my exercise mat! (I've done the exercise before - many pounds ago - with no problems) ha ha - a year ago I never thought I'd be complaining about my hipbones sticking into things - I couldn't even find them then! :D

Congrats! I haven't found my hipbones yet but i have discovered my collarbones!

course, hipbones are as well, but I don't think I have any at the moment :)

Good job! I can feel my tailbone... it throbs after spinning... not much of a NSV for me :)
