We went food shopping last night and we're onto Phase 3. We've decided to move out of Phase 1/2. A few "cheats" here and there do not warrent a month of detention. LOL. Plus, it's about eating healthier and exercising, which we did last night! So, the plan is to exercise all week in some form or another.
I cheated a bit and weighed in and I am back down to 201 so I hope to show a bigger loss tomorrow and maybe get into ONEderland!

Good Morning Fellow Fat Smashers. I hope everyone had a GREAT weekend! I know I did!!! This weekend we had Homecoming for one the local universities here so they were lots of actvities. Therefore I went off my diet completely. I indulged myself and ate probably all of the "forbidden" foods. I weighed myself and gained back 4lbs. I hope most of it is water!! Well today I have started back on Phase I to lose those lbs and get me back on track.
I vow to do better with the exercise. My goal is to workout at least 5x this week. Also cut out the late night snacking before I go to bed.
Good Luck to everyone this week!!!!

Congrats Jenn! I start Phase 2 this week and I have to get to the grocery store to figure out how to transition. I am so paranoid about gaining after adding meat! I am still working out daily but it scares me to death! How much did you guys lose when you started Phase 2? I don't want to be disappointed but I guess all I can do is try my hardest and see what happens. I didn't cheat on Phase 1 so surely I can make it through Phase 2. Now Thanksgiving is another story.....

Hi Everyone-
I am on day 7 of P1 and have done well as I have not cheated! I weigh in on Wed. and would like to post my loss with the tracker everyone uses. Is there an easy way to do it? I clicked on a random one on the post and once it gets to the end and it says to cut and paste I get lost:-) Can anyone help me? Happy Smashing-

Hi,
HAPPY MONDAY!!! I have 2 more days before weigh in. Looking forward to it.
The Tyra Banks show today is going be about various diets. Dr. Ian is supposed to be on there. I don't get the show here! HOW SAD! But, I hope one of you will see and tell me how it was.
Jenn~ Way to go on the exercise! Thanks for starting the thread, too. I hope you reach onederland soon!
Fashion Nelle~ Glad you had a good weekend.
lem~ Your weight loss will most probably slow down in P2. Mine did. But, I have still lost 1-2 lbs every week. That is awesome for me. Just to see that fat going is WONDERFUL!

Grkgal~ here is a link that will answer your question....
Hello everyone I am back I was gone for 2 weeks so I am back on the diet wagon I am going to work out for the 1st time in about a week but I am ready to go its weird although I have not exercised and I did cheat (I had macaroni and cheese, cornbread stuffing, and cornbread) I have managed to lose 3 more pounds...I was shocked but happy and although the little cheat was GREAT I still have 15 pounds to lose so I'm back and better than ever! Good luck to everyone else!

I won an award for my Ugly Betty contest Sat. night (there were many awards since this is a huge party with many great costumes). It was a great party & I stayed on plan (or very close - wasn't 100% sure what was in the chili but I can figure it enough that everything I ate was Phase II acceptable).
In fact, I didn't take my planned "treat" since the hotel didn't have waffles. So I stayed on plan the entire weekend. However, I learned a valuable lesson. I ordered a venti decaf coffee latte with skim milk at Starbucks, figuring it was about a cup of milk at 100 calories. NOT! For some reason the venti size is 210 calories. It's just decaf coffee & skim milk & it's hard to believe there's 2 cups of milk in there but that's what the nutrition guide says.
I know my body & I'm getting close to goal and no matter if I follow Phase II 100%, I still need to make sure I'm within a calorie range of approx. 1400-1600 to continue losing weight. I think anyone that isn't losing in Phase II or III is probably going overboard on total daily calories.
Happyface - I know my weight loss will be a lot slower now that I'm on Phase II so I'll be happy with any weekly loss from now on. .8 will be OK with me so congrats on that.
Deb - Welcome to FS. It's nice to have your husband doing the plan with you. My husband is super skinny (can fit into size 9 junior pants)!
Ladean - I like FS so much I can't imagine going back to any other plan (& I know most of them)! Hope you stick with FS.
Sherry - My dh works a full-time job & plays in 2 bands. He was down since he's worn out & still needs to do stuff on the house even though we're hiring some contractors. Then I read about your dh not having a day off for 2 months! Wow! Today's Tyra Banks doesn't sound like it's about diets.
Linda - I am loving Phase II, although I'm only on my 3rd day. I'm much more relaxed since it's a bit easier to plan things I like & get more variety in this phase. I'm going to be trying spaghetti squash for the first time tonight, so I'm still keeping the Phase I items but just adding a few Phase II things that I like. Sounds like you're doing great on detox.
Jenne - It was funny about your 2 drinks at your Halloween party. One of the people in my group made jello shots & she kept pushing them on me. I've never been a fan of jello shots so it was easy for me to say no. However, the punch (spiked) looked really good but I didn't indulge. I was afraid that with detoxing the whole week prior (it was just day 1 of Phase II for me) that I might get bombed on a small amount of alcohol.
Brandilynn - We need to be nicely assertive to others when we want to stay on track. I'm glad your grandmother was accepting of your decision.
Goldenlover - That's a great loss! Sometimes finding that out before the 9 days is great motivation.
Rachel - I'll have to try the pizza recipe (doesn't sound good to me - although I don't expect it to taste 100% like regular pizza).
Nelle - I'm sure some of the gain is water retention. That's the good thing about FS, you can go back to detox until you've lost that gained weight. If it doesn't take all 9 days then you can get off of it & go back to where you were before.
Lem - If you're really worried about Phase II then mentally (or keep a food journal) keep track of calories like I'm going to do. Right now I'm going to keep it in my head by figuring approx. 300 calories for 4 mini meals & 400 calories for lunch or dinner which brings my daily total to around 1600 calories. I would think at your current weight it would be around the same for you to lose but you might want to check it out online somewhere. If you know you're going to have a heavier lunch or dinner then make one of your other mini meals even lighter.
Grkgal - Congrats for staying OP for 7 days - only 2 more to go of detox.
Jazzi - I couldn't exercise in detox because of my back. I did some dancing Sat. night & although I woke up with a cold/sore throat I'm going to try to do at least a mile with Leslie Sansone today. Will also be walking tomorrow trick or treating with my grandkids. Even though exercise is a large part of the plan, I lost 4 lbs. on detox without it.

I truly believe that is why i will hopefully stick with this diet! I just need to get my butt on the treadmill or to the gym! That is my next goal! Along with all the others!

Hi Everyone,
Linda~ We decided not to take Joshua trick or treating after all. Dh and I have been going back and forth on this issue. We are Christians and we don't celebrate halloween. So, we finally made our minds up this weekend that we wouldn't do the trick or treating thing. Hope you have a great day!!! :)
I ate ice cream and mexican food this weekend!!! So, I am not looking for a big loss tomorrow. I will be happy if I maintain. lol.

Happy Halloween everyone! Stay strong and avoid all that candy - you can do it! I am going to the gym after work so I don't have to be home and be tempted by giving out candy to the trick or treaters. It was either that or buy all the kinds I don't like :)
Today is my last of the Phase 1 detox but I am not weighing in until tomorrow morning because you definitely weigh more at the end of the day after eating & drinking all day. So, I will post results tomorrow.
I discovered a Phase 2 recipe that looks really good. I am going to try it tomorrow and if it is good, I will post it in the recipes.
Since I am so used to altering my food for Phase 1, I don't think 2 is going to be that difficult. I made some notes on how I can keep the calories/fat down on P2 so I thought I would share:
I will continue to us my "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter" spray instead of butter.
I will use Veggie Shreds (fake cheese) instead of regular cheese. I tried the mozzarella in a salad last night and I really like the taste. I am sure it will be great in my omelets & on the pizza recipe posted under Recipes.
I will use ground turkey instead of beef whenever possible or any of the fake beef such as Boca whenever possible.
I will eat more fish - those of you in Kroger grocery territory, Tilapia fillets are on sale this week here - 4 pkgs for 10.00 w/ your Kroger card. Tilapia is one of the healthiest you can eat and a great source of protein. I have a ton of fish recipes that I love. when I get time I will post some on teh Recipes page.
I am traveling Thurs - Sat so that is going to be the real test. Eating healthy while staying in hotels and flying is such a chore, not to mention being able to eat every 3 -4 hrs. I am going to carry my apples, grapes & strawberries with me for snacks. Eating out will be hard because most places serve white rice and not brown I have found.
Hopefully it will all work out. If any of you have any tips to share for Phase 2, eating out or traveling, feel free to post them.

Good Morning Fellow Fat Smashers. Day 2 of my Second go around on Phase I (detox). I am having the hardest time trying to find time to exercise. I don't have any kids and am not married!!!! Why can't I find the time!!!! After I get off work and go home my evening is consumed with getting ready for the next day, preparing meals (because it is very hard to eat out on this diet) and I spend time with my honey. I know if I was working out I would see a lot more results. I know, I know!!! I have no excuse!!! I think I am just being lazy. I answered my own question!!! I HAVE to make the time for myself!!! I WILL work out TODAY!!!
Wish me luck. There is a luncheon today at work and I have to be strong and say "No". to all the Halloween goodies. :dust:

I must have caught some of your colds! Thought I could shake it off but I've had a raw throat for 2 days now. Trick or treating in the cold isn't going to much fun this year - darn!
Tried something new last night. I made spaghetti squash. I baked it at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Next time I'll try an hour as it was still crunchy. I was skeptical since when I sliced it open it had a sweet, butternut squash aroma. But it completely took the flavor of the homemade spaghetti sauce I prepared based on a recipe I found online. It was really good. The rest of the family got regular spaghetti (told dh he could look at my spaghetti squash but he couldn't touch - or eat). I'm going to nuke the leftover "spaghetti" to try to soften it up some more but that's what I'm going to have for dinner again tonight.
Julie - It's funny you mention about going off plan & jumping back on. I've written before that we could all do that with any diet plan but most of us don't. That's why I love FS. It does allow off-plan times with another plan to get back on (by doing some detox again). I think since it's written that way it keeps those of us who like to follow a plan as closely as possible able to stick with it, even when we stray. Hope you start feeling better soon.
Linda - It's good your headache is at least easing up. I still have to get my workouts in but as soon as my back felt better I got this cold/flu thing. I will be doing some walking today so it's better than nothing.
Sherry - Hope you do maintain. Since I'm not feeling well I don't even have an appetite for much. Makes it kind of easy to have a light day. Not worth it, though.
Lem - When I went out to dinner Fri. with my girlfriends (to an Italian place), I just ordered a salad with dressing on the side. Unfortunately, they didn't have a big salad selection, so I ended up having a kind of small dinner salad. I was going to order a 2nd one but didn't really feel the need as the salad did fill me up.
Some restaurants have fruit plates for lunch (just omit the cottage cheese or whatever). You can still order a meat dish but kind of eyeball 3 oz. & box the rest. Phase I bothered me with dining out, Phase II doesn't at all. Best of luck with the traveling.
Nelle - Are you putting off working out because you're trying to do it for a certain amount of time (like 45 min. or an hr.). Although I haven't worked out since I started FS because of my back & now my sore throat, I was a workout fanatic at one point in my life.
Maybe you can split up your workouts into 10 min. intervals throughout the day. Take a 10 minute walk at lunch if possible; you get the idea. However, as much as FS pushes exercising, I know that I will never again exercise for an hour or more a day (at least not most of the time).
I got burned out doing that & my body is rebelling as I age. I will start back with my workouts when my body is ready & I won't fret about it in the meantime. Even on Phase II I still feel light & don't feel like I'm gaining. The weigh-in will tell but if I can eat like this & lose anything in a week, I'm in it for the long term.
Jenn - My son, grandkids & I did a lot of walking this summer and I was thinking of doing the mall thing over the winter. However, it might be more expensive with the kids than walking trails! Have fun with your walk & good luck with the pt job.

Hey Judy,

CONGRATULATIONS Sherry on your 1lb. loss! Only 4 more until ONEDERLAND!! I love your consistently-you keep me focused!!
FYI: I found out that once i upped my cardio on Phase III to 45 minutes, i NEED to make sure i'm upping my calories as well. Not tons, but maybe a piece of fruit. I found myself the last 2 nights feel kinda dizzy while on the treadmill and elliptical. Going over my calories, and the time between eating and working out. Example, last night i ate my last meal at 6pm and worked out at 10pm. I couldn't eat after i worked out as i went to bed at 10:45, but wasn't sure if i should have a snack or not before i worked out. The answer is YES!! I needed the extra calories to really make the work out effective. Thought i'd share what i learned!
Happy Smashing!

Good Morning Fellow Fat Smashers. Judy and Jenn, thanks for the words of encouragement.
Judy- I try to fit my workout in a particular time frame like 30 min or more. My problem is I don't make the time for it. Its really making time for myself. I am always busy doing something for someone else. Again I didn't make the time for it yesterday. I will try to take a walk on my lunch break. It has gotten hard since my elliptical machine broke. Beacuase I used to workout while watching TV no I have to use workout DVDs which to me takes so much time.
:congrat: to everyone's loss. Hopefully by next week Wednesday I can post with some good news also.
At my luncheon at work yesterday I was good I only had the salad and fruit salad. The only bad thing was I had the full fat salad dressing. Everyone was looking at my plate saying "look who is dieting". It wasn't so bad because I try to think what do I want more the fleeting taste of good food or the lasting good feeling of seeing that scale number go down.
I hope everyone has great day of Smashing!!!!

Morning. Not much of a loss since my last "bad" day a few nights ago. That's ok, next week I *will* be under 200 (for the first time in a year!)
I am going to be challenged a lot this week. Today is a meal with coworkers. I am going to be good though and do a lean meat and steamed veggies or a salad. I have no clue where we are dining though.
And Thursday and Friday are 2 meetings with pizza!!! But, I am bringing my lunch instead. I need to come up with something I can eat and not feel like I am missing out though. Any suggestions?
Good job on all the loss :bravo:

Well, today is officially the end of Detox phase for me. I lost a total of 7 pounds! I'm excited! Today is day 1 of phase 2. I'm so ready to get this weight off. I see the tons of Halloween candy in the kitchen, but I'm passing it by. I don't want to give into bad habits again and start the roller coaster way of losing weight again. I'm determined this time. I did have a little candy last night, but just to fulfill that chocolate urge, but I plan on being 100% on plan until Thanksgiving. I did it on Detox, and I know I can with Phase 2. I'm thrilled that we are all doing so great on Fat Smash!

Congrats on all the losses! I'm a candy lover and I don't even have an urge to hit the Halloween candy. That is unbelievable for me, although I think having a cold is helping since I don't have much of an appetite to begin with.
My next favorite food is pizza & I ordered a pizza last night for my family and I didn't even desire any (I had my leftover spaghetti squash with meat sauce). However, I have to admit, I don't think I'll be replacing my whole wheat spaghetti with the squash for the long-term. I decided it's OK as a substitute for now but that's about it.

Happy day after Halloween, everybody! Congrats to everyone and all your will power! You're all amazing!
Judy and Jenn - pizza is such a weakness for me - I don't really eat a lot of it, but I always eat some (which is why I am avoiding it completely right now - I'm pretty tough, but come on! :D Does pizza taste as good as thin feels? Maybe...). Jenn, maybe if you brought in something kind of hearty and savory, like chili with cheese on it, or lentil soup, it might offset the pizza craving? I don't think a salad or yogurt would get me through that!
We did ok last night - started well, anyways. I heated up some chili that I had in the freezer, which was nice and satisfying. I did, however, have one mini 100,000 grand bar (used to be one of my favorites). Oddly, it was almost too sweet! I had planned to have a single reese's peanut butter cup with a glass of milk for a special dessert but we had so many trick-or-treaters we just plain ran out of candy (y'all can imagine how badly I felt about that!).
In the interest of full disclosure - we then had an unexpected invite to a neighbor's get-together, where I had two half-glasses of red wine. So while I didn't do as well as I intended, I didn't do half so badly as I might have otherwise. Back on plan and positive this morning, and weigh-in tomorrow!

Hi,
Brandilyn, I started FS on Aug. 31st. :)
I decided to allow myself some Halloween Candy yesterday. Afterwards I felt sick.. just yucky in my stomach. I guess I learned my lesson... almost because I had one piece today. But I feel I do not want to mess with my body now because I cleansed it and built up some great nutritious habits so I am not worried that I will fall off... I am motivated because I worked really hard to get to this point and dont' want to undo all that work.
Keep going everyone! This is a great place! :) Sorry I can't post more personally yet... soon, my schedule will be better.
:)

I'm feeling a big more energetic with this cold so hopefully I'll get a workout in tonight. I made a muffin recipe I found on a different FS forum and I used one of those flexible, rubbery muffin pans I just bought. If you haven't tried them, you should! The muffins did not stick at all - you just pop them out. And I think I even overbaked them a bit. I bought a set of the flexible cookware & will be replacing some of my other pans.
Even though I stayed on plan during detox, I couldn't wait for it to end. I was running out of variety that I need, even though I do enjoy cooking. Now that I'm on Phase II I feel so free. Just adding a few more things gives me a much wider choice and makes me appreciate good, normal food. I could truthfully stay in this phase until goal, and I just might. I have a different goal under my avatar than my ticker shows, but I'm thinking I'm going to have to go to the 125 to fit in size 6-8 pants. At around 136 I'm just starting to ease into 10's. I've also decided that if I can fit into size 8's then I can start maintaining. I'll see how I feel then.

Linda~ Hey... I cut mine in half and scoop out the seeds and membranes in the middle. Then, I cook it (cut side down) in the oven at 350 for about an hour. It is done when you can stick a knife in it without any resistance. The texture isn't like spaghetti. Sometimes it is a little bit crunchy and others it is sort of mushy. It turns out different for me sometimes. I like it. Dh likes it, too. There are other ways to cook it. You can boil it whole. Just make sure that you have a pot that is big enough. I don't. Or you can bake it whole... you have to prick the squash with a knife or ice pick all over if you do this. It would explode otherwise. lol. Or you can cut it in half and wrap it in plastic wrap and microwave it. I think you have to prick the squash for this, too. I just find that baking it is easier. When you get it done.. let it cool. Then... If you haven't already... remove the seeds and membranes from the middle. Then take a fork and start at the top of the squash...using downward motion... pull the spaghetti like stands out. One squash makes a lot of spaghetti. Good Luck!

The day before Halloween, I so wanted to eat carbs and fat that I went to an Asian buffet! Bad idea -- and my stomach let me know the whole next day. The next two days were okay, but not the best. I got back on track yesterday. Now I weigh in tomorrow and I just hope to not have gained anything!
And I really wanted fried chicken, so I put my Cheerios into my food processor to make bread crumbs. Used them on my chicken and then baked in the oven. Anyone have a better FS recipe for fried chicken?
Take care,
Bonnie Jean

Hey Bonnie Jean~ I think that you had a great idea for fried chicken. How did it taste? Way to be creative! Sorry you got sick... Our bodies know what is best for them. I had a similar experience with pizza a while back. UGH!

Good Morning All!
Bouncy -- Just noticed you ticker and you amazing weight lose:cp:! Did you lose it all on the FSD and how long did it take you? Just curious and so tickled that you are so close to goal!
Sherry -- It tasted okay. I'm wondering if I needed to double dip the chicken in the egg wash and the "bread crumbs" to make it a little more crispy. I also think that I should have turned them over half way through baking. The other side seemed a bit squishy. I also added some dill mix spice to the "bread crumbs". The best part was that it was a meal that I could eat with my family. We had brown rice and peas with the chicken. Granted DH poured soy sauce all over his rice, but we ate together! LOL And BTW, I love spaghetti sqaush too! Although, no one else in the house does! I microwave mine just because it is faster. Before FS, I would butter mine to death and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder! But now, I use diced tomatoes and spices -- yummy!
Good morning for me! :goodscale 2 pounds down :carrot: !!!!! I'm extremely happy because of my binge at the Asian buffet! Also, I met a new friend that belongs to a run/walking club and said that I could join her! :running: So I think I have a new exercise partner!
Hope you all have a great weekend!
Take care,
Bonnie Jean

Been doing great & I'll be posting a "pumpkin pie" recipe today but I have to leave soon so don't have time right now. I just love Phase II & think I'll stick with it to goal & instead of eating the allowed daily treats I'll just have allowed "cheats" when necessary (for special occasions). At the worse, if I really feel the need for whole wheat bread I'll allow that once in a blue moon (when I'm ready for Phase III). I really have no desire for any other foods than what are allowed on Phase II right now.
Bonnie Jean - You might want to try "flake" type cereal next time as I can't imagine Cheerios holding any kind of crisp once they get moistened. I think years ago there was a recipe for fried chicken on the Corn Flakes (or similar cereal) box.

Just checking in for today. I had my first hard day yesterday. I ate great up until at night at a football game. I was down last night, but woke up to be back to where I was. I still have not lost anything on this first week of phase 2, but it's that Halloween candy that keeps calling my name.

Hey Smashers!!!
How is everyone doing? I am still smashing. Dh has been on FS with me and has lost 44 lbs. He is leaving Sunday to go out of state for a week to work. He is taking his fruit and oatmeal with him. lol. We hope that we will be able to stick to the plan while he is working out of state. We have been each others motivation. He will be working this way for quite a while. A few months... I think. He will be gone 5 days...be off 2 and then do it all over again.
Bonnie Jean~ Great job on the 2 lbs lost!! I think I do remember something about using corn flakes for oven fried chicken. COOL... an new exercise partner!! A buddy is a good motivator.
Judy~ Thanks for posting the pumpkin pie recipe. I love phase 2 also. I have been smashing since 9/5 and I haven't gone to phase 3 yet. I don't know that I will. I don't feel like I am missing anything by being on phase 2.
GoldenLover~ Hi! Holidays are hard... "DON'T LISTEN TO THE CANDY!!" lol.
Hang in there. Keep smashing and the weight will come off. For me... phase 2 was a huge dose of reality. It is normal to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week. After losing so much on phase 1... it took me a while to adjust to a slower loss. But, I am still losing. :)
Have a great night all...

:o It has been awhile since I have posted. But I have been reading about how you all are doing. I cleaned out my closet last weekend and found clothes that I could not fit for the last two years...I now fit. I am up to running about 20 miles a week and feel great. However, I have yet to get on the scale. I am afraid that I will not see the number I want, even though my clothes are fitting great. I dont want to get discouraged! I know sounds crazy!
Tonight I just helped a friend celebrate his birthday, Ok back on detox for the next 2.5 weeks...until Thanksgiving! I have basically been doing phase 1 for a couple months now...I dont miss diet soda or meat. I enjoy my smoothies and my brown rice occassionaly I may add some lean meat. ANyway, I feel like I need to detox and keep the excersize up to at least 60 minutes 6 days a week like I have been doing. I will weigh in on Thanksgiving morning...17 days to really step it up...I am excited about the challenge.!
Oh I did go back to having coffee...but what I do is heat 8 oz of skim milk and then add maybe a half cup of coffee...just enough to fill my coffee cup. Not alot of coffee...but just enough!
Good luck to all...have a great week.
p.s. O know my tracker needs to be updated...I will do that in 17 days...hoping for big numbers since I updated it last in September.

Mommyof3 - I just saw your post about smooshing up cereal to coat the chicken with. My mom used to do this (probably still does) and serve it to us and we loved it - she used Product 19 for the coating. She'd just put it into a plastic bag and moosh it with a rolling pin until the right consistency. I think it's better than putting it into a blender because the result isn't a fine powder, its a nice crunchy texture. She coated skinless chicken breasts that were still on the bone, just so that the bone side was down when baking and therefore nothing got soggy.
Dr. Ian doesn't list Product 19 as being an ok cereal, so I haven't checked fat or sugar content on it.

I've been reading labels a lot lately since seeing the "you: on a diet" special on Discovery Health the other night, and mostly I've been avoiding anything with high fructose corn syrup, since Dr. Oz said that actually blocks your stomach's ability to tell you that you're full, thereby causing you to overeat.
Well I just looked at the ingredients of Product 19 because of my above recipe, and it contains high fructose corn syrup. But, in addition - so does Special K, which Dr. Ian actually recommends in Phase II!
I think I'll be sticking with Cheerios, which does not contain any.

Hello on this fine chilly Florida morning! I'm sitting here with my cup of coffee :coffee2: and trying to think of up new things to eat! I'm also trying to decide if I am going to start phase 3 or not. I would really like more varity in my food Basically, I think I want to eat the whole wheat pasta and bread. I am really missing :hungry: bread and pasta. My family loves the carbs, what can I say :D .
Smartbutt -- first off, LOVE the name! And what is Product 19:?: ? Never heard of it.
Buttercup -- 20 miles a week :carrot: !! AWESOME I just want to be able to walk once a day. But since I found a "battle buddy" (dh is in the army and I started using their phrases! LOL) hopefully, I will be able to walk/run those 20 miles with you soon!
