:woops:I will do 60 minutes of walking on the treadmill everyday (with the exception of Sundays:D) :woops:
Start Date: 2 November 2006
End Date: 6 December 2006


Distance to be covered in 30 days: 150 miles or 241 kilometers
Incline: Between 3 - 5
Approx. calories burnt in the month: Between 13000 - 15000

What the heck! I'll sign up to try it. I need motivation, or im never gonna get out of the house!
