d: ranch cornmeal chicken; oven fries, green beans

e: 20 mins on gazelle; 15 minute brisk walk

Tuesday
b: scrambled eggs, skim milk
l: LO 15-bean soup, polenta cakes
d: broiled fish, salad with FF dressing
s: SF jello, 94%FF popcorn (if needed)

Wednesday
b: grits, skim milk, banana
l: FF cottage cheese, pineapple, tuna
d: whole wheat pasta, FF cheese, broccoli

Thursday
b: grits, skim milk, banana
l: salad with grilled chicken, romaine, sliced tomato, FF 1000 Island
d: shrimp and broccoli sauteed in olive oil; brown rice


Friday
b: scrambled eggs, milk
l: FF cottage cheese, pineapple, LO shrimp scampi
