OK, Sounds good. Unfortunately, I have completely fallen off the exercise wagon. So, here is what I hope to accomplish for week 3 of the challenge!
Week 1: Journal every day
Week 2: Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
---------Drink 100 oz H2O a day
Week 3: 5-7 F/V a day
9/24: J=+ F=2 V=2 H2O=+ E=20 min
