Weight Watchers - Newbie...again !!!!!!!

Hi everyone! My name is Tami and I am yet again starting WeightWatchers! I've gained back 10 of the 20 I've lost and I worked too hard to slide back up there:o I just retired from the Air Force, so I have a lot more time on my hands...Idle hands seem to just pick up goodies and insert into not so idle mouth!!!!!!!

I've lurked here for a looooong time and you guys are the best:carrot: I am looking forward to the great help and support you guys give!!!

i just restarted a few days ago after gaining some wt too. stay busy, stay active and drink water.

Are you doing Flex or Core??

wow congrats on your airforce retirement my hubby has 8 more years and then we are out of the service can hardly wait.

You can get that weight back off this is a great place to come for ideas and support.
