Simply Filling/Core - Shining Saturday Menu, October 21, 2006

Come on Chicks! No menu thread since Wednesday. Come post with me. It helps. Callling all your menu even if you don't chat. It helps me get motivated and get new ideas.

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

Lunch: FF cottage cheese and mixed fruit

Dinner: Core Pasta salad, can of bumble bee albacore tuna packed in water, 2 hard boiled eggs

Dessert: WW Chocolate Eclair cake (points)

At least 8 eight oz glasses of water; 24 ozs of decaf black coffee, 12 oz of decaf diet pepsi

b: oatmeal, lf milk, 2 slices WW whole wheat toast, double fruit jam

l: apple, 2 wasa crisp bread slices, 2 ff Laughing Cow cheese wedges

d: going to be a real struggle; going to a long-time girlfriend's house for her annual women's only gathering!
Will probably have at least once glass of liquid grapes!

mine isn't core today but here it is. i'm having a high point flex day. (sort of a wendie day)

b--1 slice toast/icnbinb spray/ spreadable fruit 3 pts
l--kfc meal 17 pts
s--skinny cow bar 2 pts
d--taco salad including the shell, m&m's.
