Default The Water Challenge

We all need a water challenge for our diets. We all know water speeds metabolism and aids wonderfully in weight loss. I will try to stick with 64 oz. of water everyday which is great. Let us all join it, becuase we all need water. Mark down how much water we had daily, lets chat about all different topics, and our weight losses and goals!

a friend of mine drank 80-90 oz of water daily and sometimes even more. he lost 3 pounds in less than a week without changing the diet completely. he still watched his portions but it was a suprising weight loss. who knows what water can do?

My goal (which actually started this past Monday - so we will see how/if it impacts my weight loss!) is 8 oz of water per pound of body weight per day. This puts me at approximately 20 glasses being goal - so far the only day I have fallen short was yesterday, with a mere 19 glasses.

Oops, I meant ONE ounce per pound! Big difference!

I was thinking an ounce, and somehow I typed in a glass (or 8 ounces).

silly me.

I have always heard you are supposed to drink half your body weight in oz if you are trying to lose weight.

I try and drink 128oz a day... but never drink any when I am not at work - so my goal is the days I dont work (weekends and holidays) to drink at least 62oz of water

I would love to join you as well. I started my diet last week. I heard somewhere that you should drink 1/2 your body weight in water daily so thats what I am doing. I weigh 154 so I have been drinking at least 75 oz. daily.
