Hey there Katie. I hear ya , and hope you have a better night's rest tonigh. Sometimes I go through phases of that myself... I used to keep Plato's Republic on my bedside table and then try to read a paragraph or two - seemed to do the trick. But sometimes nothing works. Grrrrrrr.

light stretches - the walk took a lot out yesterday.
