Default Journal - Sunday, September 23, 2001

Well, yesterday's sun turned to buckets of rain all last night & into the early am - another early start for me - I hope this isn't another bout of insomnia setting in....

B:
Coffee 0/0
Oatmeal 2/2

Snack:
Baker's breakfast cookie 4/6

L:
Chicken breast 4/10
Raw veggies 0/10
Grapes 1/11
1/2 cup skim milk 1/12

D:
Italian sausage, potato, cheese casserole thingy 6/18
1 cup skim milk 2/20
Salad w/FF dressing 0/20

Snack:
Small piece of key lime pie 4/24
BLT 1/25

Water:
64 oz plus

Exercise:
2 miles on the treadmill plus starting doing some Pilates exercises at home

Point Range: 18-25

Hey there Katie. I hear ya , and hope you have a better night's rest tonigh. Sometimes I go through phases of that myself... I used to keep Plato's Republic on my bedside table and then try to read a paragraph or two - seemed to do the trick. But sometimes nothing works. Grrrrrrr.

Morning (5)

cereal / apple and milk - 4

Midday (5)
having a rough day...
2 sugar free rugalas - 3
bag of fat free popcorn - 2


Evening (22)
drink - 2, pad thai noodles - 5, beef panang - 5, rice - 4, 2 cookies - 4


Total - 32
light stretches - the walk took a lot out yesterday.

black pepper tarale 2 (these hard crunchy salty peppery things - a little too good if you know what I mean)
