L-vegetable soup, 1oz cheese, 1pc ww bread
S-apple, almonds and walnuts
D-salmon patty, peas,carrots
S-dark chocolate, tea

B- Raspberry Romance smoothie (raspberry juice, raspberries, strawberries, bananas, non-fat yogurt, ice with 5g whey protein and supplements) & 1oz. wheatgrass shot
L - turkey on whole wheat, carrots
S- raisins and peanuts
D- something from Whole Foods (will stop in after work - DH is out tonight, don't feel like cooking)
S - green tea with honey, yogurt

L: whole wheat rotini mixed with tuna, red onion, and FF Miracle Whip
D: ??
Snack: popcorn or applesauce

the dwindling supply of Amish elderberry jelly
salad w/ turkey and cheese
dressing won't be healthy (it will be from the faculty meeting catering table)

Something with ground turkey--I've got a recipe that has sort of a bratwurst taste to it that's pretty good, I might do that

Well, I had a hungry day today:
1st B-ww toast w/ pumpkin butter and low sugar strawberry preserves, banana, coffee w/ milk
2nd B-sample Clif builder bar, kashi bar, another banana
1st L-yogurt, Clif bar (before the big lunchtime bike ride)
2nd L-pasta w/ marinara, zuchini, black olives, apple, kiwi, carrots, cauliflower, hummus, dk chocolate (after the ride)
S-popcorn
D-chicken breast, broccoli, corn, ww stove top stuffing (yes, it's true), corn, french bread, more dk chocolate
Works out to about 2300 calories.
