Do you mean can beans? if so, yes they are healthy and I eat them all the time because they are full of fiber and protien and low in fat but, I do rinse them off to take away some of the sodium. They are also inexspensive.

I use the chickpeas in the can to roast and make crunchy snacks from. They're very good.

The only dried beans I ever use are lentils and split peas both of which cook in some kind of reasonable time without a long soak. I use canned beans for everything else, and I usually try to rinse them first to get some of the salt off. Except for the sodium content, they are supposed to be as good as any other bean, just a lot more convenient.

Gosh, I have cans and cans (or tins and tins  ) in my cupboard. All kinds - black, kidney, chickpeas, pinto - I eat them several times a week.
