I just keep working out my legs a LOT by doing a variety of lunges and squats... I love using the bosu ball for variety with leg workouts. I find when I run and bike a lot my legs really lean out ...
The main trick though is to lose the fat on top of the muscle and in order to do this your diet needs to be squeaky clean...
Thanks thats what I was thinking but you see the outer thighs are getting sculpted but no change on the inside. im thinkign I need to find a way to work those inner thighs,
