Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, skim, double serving of peaches, equal

Lunch: ?

Dinner: Pork Chops baked with mushrooms and brown rice/chicken broth, double serving of fresh broccoli (with smart balance light as my healthy oil for today)

Snack: Natural Ovens cookies and a cup of hot decaf tea with skim and equal

thank you, kathy. i'll be posting tomorrow. i need the accountability. i feel like i've gained 30 lbs today. i know i haven't, but i'm about ready to panic.
