Me: 185.5, same as last week. So, it's starting to look to me like I'm practicing maintenance in the mid 180's for a while. I know that I haven't really been sticking to the calories that will make me lose fat. On the other hand, I have been satisfied with eating in a way that isn't causing me to gain either. I haven't given up on losing, but it is nice to know that my normal eating urges right now wouldn't lead me to blow up to my old weight.
I lost 1 pound so I am sitting at 137.5. It is getting harder to get off now that I am getting close but I will just keep going and eventually it will come off.
I am down 2 more lbs. That was a big relief. I have been eating bad these last couple of weeks. I guess all the walking and weight lifting is helping after all.

My safety double-check weigh-in on Sunday morning didn't happen - I had a small house party and was wayyy too tipsy to even consider it the morning (er - afternoon) after.
Plus I was VERY bloated from the alcohol. I will weigh-in sometime during the week and update if possible.
I'm still hoping to make my October goal of 179 though.
Tisha sometimes it s water weight. Like around my period it will go up 2 pounds and then the following week I will be down 4. Great job though!!
Okay so I am 223 today! Hooray. I was 223.50 yesterday and am weighing in on our Haloween challenge once a week(sundays) so far I have been losing like 2.5 pounds a week this month.
Down 3.0 then up 2.0 so a difference of 1.0 down, thanks to TOM but Thursday is WI and I'll be down for sure since my scales are showing 190.5 and I was 195 last week.
