It's time again for the general 3FC weigh in thread. All are invited to join. Just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, all!

Me: 185.5, same as last week. So, it's starting to look to me like I'm practicing maintenance in the mid 180's for a while. I know that I haven't really been sticking to the calories that will make me lose fat. On the other hand, I have been satisfied with eating in a way that isn't causing me to gain either. I haven't given up on losing, but it is nice to know that my normal eating urges right now wouldn't lead me to blow up to my old weight.

I lost 1 pound so I am sitting at 137.5. It is getting harder to get off now that I am getting close but I will just keep going and eventually it will come off.

I am down 2 more lbs. That was a big relief. I have been eating bad these last couple of weeks. I guess all the walking and weight lifting is helping after all.

Saturday morning weigh-in at 180.5 (again)

My safety double-check weigh-in on Sunday morning didn't happen - I had a small house party and was wayyy too tipsy to even consider it the morning (er - afternoon) after.

Plus I was VERY bloated from the alcohol. I will weigh-in sometime during the week and update if possible.

I'm still hoping to make my October goal of 179 though.

Congrats, everyone!!! :D

I'm down 4 more pounds this week. After only losing 1 pound the week before, I have no idea how this happened. LOL But, I'll take it! Yay!!!

Looking good ladies!

Tisha sometimes it s water weight. Like around my period it will go up 2 pounds and then the following week I will be down 4. Great job though!!

Okay so I am 223 today! Hooray. I was 223.50 yesterday and am weighing in on our Haloween challenge once a week(sundays) so far I have been losing like 2.5 pounds a week this month. :D

139 (again) after a 2 week hiatus that saw me as high as 141.5. Re-motivating to lose the last 4 by Thanksgiving.

Down 3.0 then up 2.0 so a difference of 1.0 down, thanks to TOM but Thursday is WI and I'll be down for sure since my scales are showing 190.5 and I was 195 last week.

I normally just lurk but since I have finally started to spend consisent time working out I thought it was a great time to chime in with a 4lb lost.
230 last Monday to 226 today :carrot:

145 now, I am not dieting currently but seem to have hit a phase where the weight is dropping. This happens just about everytime I quit worrying so much about what I am eating.

I weighed in this morning at 236, a 2-pound loss from last week. I'm consistently losing about 2 pounds a week -- let's hope it lasts! :carrot:

Just got weighed in - I am down 5 pounds from 2 weeks agos when I last got weighed in but I am soooo disappointed because the week before that I lost 9 pounds. Now I know 9 pounds in one week was some kinda fluke, but then to go to 5 pounds in 2 weeks - uch. And I was so darn good. Oh well, this is gonna be harder then I thought.

5 pounds in two weeks is wonderful! Don't be discouraged. That's 2.5 pounds per week. Nothing to sneeze at. You're doing GREAT!!!
